Brief Specification Description: This project aims to select qualified suppliers through an open procurement process to provide annual maintenance services for China Fishery Administration Vessel 31502. The vessel has an overall length of 63 meters, a beam of 9 meters, and a draft of 4 meters; with a gross tonnage of 595 tons; main engine power of 2320kW*2; and auxiliary engine power of 175kW*2 (for detailed information, refer to Chapter 3 of the procurement requirements document).

合同履约期限：31502船年度维修期为45天。进厂维修日期经双方协商确定,维修期从渔政船进厂之日起开始计算,验收合格交付之日为止。

The Contract Period: The annual maintenance period for vessel 31502 is 45 days. The date of entry for maintenance shall be determined through consultation between both parties. The maintenance period shall be calculated from the date of entry of the fishery administration ship into the factory and shall end on the date of acceptance and delivery.

(a)满足《中华人民共和国政府采购法》第二十二条规定；
